Here’s our monthly update with the newest improvements in Dryfta. Each one is aimed at saving admin time and tightening the attendee experience.
- Speakers can upload slides
Speakers can now upload their slides directly inside their session, keeping assets tied to the program item. - Large CSV imports run in the background
Contacts, sessions, and submissions imports now process large CSVs asynchronously and notify admins when finished. - Proposal revision tracking after reviewer feedback
Reviewers can see what changed in a proposal after authors revise, so they can focus on the deltas. - Edit Invoice and Edit Receipt for real time PDFs
Admins can generate a corrected invoice or receipt PDF on the fly from the order view, without changing stored order data. - Ticket swaps now allow price differences
Admins can swap to a higher or lower priced ticket type, with an explicit price difference warning to prompt follow up payment handling. - AI summary and keyword cloud for virtual sessions
After a virtual session ends, you can show an AI generated summary and keyword cloud based on the session transcript. Transcription is enabled by default. - Multi currency ticketing with guardrails
Enable multi currency in Payment Setup, then set currency per ticket type, with safeguards to prevent mixed currency orders and unsupported payment method selections. - Set deadline for submissions requiring revision
Set a clear deadline for authors to submit revisions on submissions being reviewed by a reviewer. - Turn recordings into an on demand video archive
Live meeting recordings can now be displayed to users as an on-demand, playable archive, with simple navigation when multiple videos exist. - Panel submission minimum limit
You can now enforce a minimum number of submissions required within a panel submission type.
