New Updates: Faster Imports, Smarter Ticketing, and AI Summaries

Here’s our monthly update with the newest improvements in Dryfta. Each one is aimed at saving admin time and tightening the attendee experience.

  1. Speakers can upload slides
Speakers can now upload their slides directly inside their session, keeping assets tied to the program item.
  2. Large CSV imports run in the background
Contacts, sessions, and submissions imports now process large CSVs asynchronously and notify admins when finished.
  3. Proposal revision tracking after reviewer feedback
Reviewers can see what changed in a proposal after authors revise, so they can focus on the deltas.
  4. Edit Invoice and Edit Receipt for real time PDFs
Admins can generate a corrected invoice or receipt PDF on the fly from the order view, without changing stored order data.
  5. Ticket swaps now allow price differences
Admins can swap to a higher or lower priced ticket type, with an explicit price difference warning to prompt follow up payment handling.
  6. AI summary and keyword cloud for virtual sessions
After a virtual session ends, you can show an AI generated summary and keyword cloud based on the session transcript. Transcription is enabled by default.
  7. Multi currency ticketing with guardrails
Enable multi currency in Payment Setup, then set currency per ticket type, with safeguards to prevent mixed currency orders and unsupported payment method selections.
  8. Set deadline for submissions requiring revision
Set a clear deadline for authors to submit revisions on submissions being reviewed by a reviewer.
  9. Turn recordings into an on demand video archive
Live meeting recordings can now be displayed to users as an on-demand, playable archive, with simple navigation when multiple videos exist.
  10. Panel submission minimum limit
You can now enforce a minimum number of submissions required within a panel submission type.
