Event snapshots page with deeper real-time insights

Dryfta users flock to their event snapshots page whenever they want to see real-time status of their events. The real-time status includes attendees who are signing up, ticket orders that have been placed, abstracts that have been submitted so far, total payments collected, tickets which are selling the most, check-ins made to sessions, most loved speakers among attendees, most active attendees, topics/themes which were hot favorite among attendees, countries most participants came from, top commentators in forums, most successful exhibitors & sponsors and many other similar insights which keeps you in control of your events.

With the latest update, we have made event snapshots page more visually appealing. The tables with textual data has been replaced with colorful bar graphs and line charts, and added a world map visual graph to display countries with most participants.

To display change from last week for various single data points, we added percentage change under each number widget. That will give you an idea of how your event is faring at every passing week.

Let us know what you think of this upgrade and if it helps in any which way in creating your custom forms.

Collect Abstract Submissions Fees Online

If you charge a processing fee per abstract submission or per accepted abstract submission for your conference, then Dryfta event platform is for you. Using Dryfta, you can create tickets to collect abstract submission fees for all submitted & accepted abstracts.

For abstract submissions, as soon as the fee payment is confirmed, the system would allow author to submit the abstract/s. Admin can select the number of abstracts that can be submitted per ticket and set the dates for abstract submission site to open and close abstract submissions.

For fees paid for accepted abstracts to allow authors to present the paper at the conference, once author has paid the fee through credit card, the system would send the invoice to the author and updates the abstract submission with the Paid status automatically. This makes sure admin knows if the accepted abstract has been paid for or not.

Want to know which sessions & speakers are hot favorite among attendees?

Being an event organizer, one needs to make sure his/her attendees are engaged on the highest level. To make sure an attendee is engaged, it is important to have engaging and relevant sessions and speakers, among other things.

But how would you know if your attendee is engaged, or not? Dryfta helps you know if your sessions and speakers are engaging your attendees. It also lets you know if a session is too interesting and the room is overfilled. In that case, you can arrange for a larger room with more moderators for more healthy discussion on the session’s topic.

Create your Event registration & Abstract submission forms using Visual Form Builder

As promised, the upgraded Form builder is now live and accessible from your dashboard. Creating custom fields for your forms including event registration and abstract submission forms, is now easier than ever.

The text buttons are replaced with visual icons and text buttons to allow more easier understanding of what it (button) does. The absence of too many texts also created more whitespace making it more easier and calmer for event admins to create custom fields!

We also felt the field editor popup was creating a sense of alienation and was not as seamless as we envisioned. So, instead of opening the field editor in a popup, it now opens in the same window.

Let us know what you think of this upgrade and if it helps in any which way in creating your custom forms.
