As event organizing staff, Program Builder allows you to add session details, choose venue, date & time, add/choose speakers & moderators, set a capacity for attendees or set to unlimited, upload an image depicting the session and choose if the session is invite only.
For an attendee, Dryfta makes it super easy to choose and save sessions only which she/he wants to attend. All saved sessions can be accessed through the My Schedule button. A session check-in button for attendees to check-in to sessions which will later help event organizers find out who actually attended the event and how many of them were there in total and if the session was a hot-favorite among attendees. Data points like these can help organizers greatly by providing insights for the next event which can be used to assess if the session needs more improvement or if it should be axed and replaced with something better.
