Guest Submission Confirmation: In the custom form and survey form settings, we have added an option for guest users to opt-in to receive a confirmation of their form submission. This checkbox is conveniently displayed below the custom email field that you create within the form. When this option is enabled, any custom notification that you have created and published for the form will be sent to the guest’s email address upon submission.
How It Works: To utilize this feature, you must create a custom email field within the form and set up an associated custom email notification. This setup is mandatory for the submission confirmation feature to function. Once configured, when a guest fills out the form and checks the confirmation box, they will receive an email notification confirming their submission, which includes the details you have specified in your custom notification.
