This feature is accessible via a dedicated “Notify attendees” button under the popup for “attendees saved this session.” This functionality enables speakers to communicate important updates, reminders, or additional information directly to their session attendees, ensuring that everyone stays informed and engaged.
View and Export Participants: Speakers can now view or download a list of participants who have added their session to their schedule. By clicking on the link “attendees saved this session,” speakers can access the list, which includes attendees’ first and last names, roles, and organizations. This exportable list provides speakers with valuable insights into their audience, allowing for better preparation and personalized engagement.
Enhanced Speaker Information Display: In the frontend event schedule, when users hover over a speaker’s initials, the full name, organization, and role of the speaker will now be displayed.
