Welcome to Eventbrite + Dryfta
By connecting your Eventbrite account to Dryfta, you can effortlessly sync attendee tickets from Eventbrite to your event on Dryfta. This integration streamlines the registration process and eliminates the need for manual data entry or duplicate attendee management. Every ticket purchased on Eventbrite will automatically create an account in the Dryfta system for the user, assigning them the attendee role for the event. In cases where the user already exists in Dryfta (matched by email address), the integration will simply assign the attendee role to their existing Dryfta account.

The benefits of this integration extend beyond ticket management. For administrators, accessing and viewing user tickets has never been easier. Simply navigate to the user detail view, click on “Tickets,” and the system will display the Eventbrite ticket associated with that user. This functionality provides a comprehensive overview of attendee information, allowing organizers to have a complete understanding of their event’s ticketing status.

How to Use the Integration
To explore this new integration and elevate your event management to new heights, simply log in to your Dryfta platform and go to Power Ups to enable Eventbrite integration. Once enabled, go to Ticket Setup and follow the steps to connect your Eventbrite account.
