If you run an organization that holds events for a defined group of members, there is a good chance you are managing more moving parts than you need to be. Renewals in one place, event bookings in another, member records in a spreadsheet somewhere and payment confirmations going out manually. It does not have to work this way. Event software for membership exists specifically to bring all of this under one roof, and yet a surprising number of organizations are still not using it.
