What is Dryfta?
Dryfta began by helping universities and nonprofits run events. We worked with universities, research institutions and other organizations to improve the tools they need for academic and professional events.
As we grew, larger organizations asked for more control over hosting, data and the way their teams work. They needed tools they could adapt to their own processes, beyond a standard shared online service.
Dryfta now also offers a fully managed platform on an organization’s own hosting, including AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. Organizations can request custom features, keep control of their data and adapt the platform to their own security policies and processes.
Our vision
We believe event tools should fit the way your organization works. Our goal is to give teams control over their platform, with security, dedicated support and ongoing improvements.
Organizations can connect Dryfta to internal tools, build new processes and support more events as their needs grow.
Clients we work with

Why do organizations choose Dryfta?
Many event platforms offer pre-set workflows and shared hosting environments, leaving little room for customization. Dryfta takes a different approach.
On-Premise Hosting – Organizations can host Dryfta on their preferred infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal IT and data residency policies.
Custom Feature Development – Enterprises can commission unique workflows and tailor Dryfta’s functionality to match their internal processes.
Data Ownership & Security – Events often handle sensitive information, and Dryfta ensures that data remains within the organization’s control. No third-party sharing, no external storage, full compliance with industry regulations.
Seamless Integration – Dryfta connects with existing CRM, and authentication systems, reducing friction between teams and departments.
A dedicated private cloud setup gives your organization its own installation while keeping event tools together.
Plan for long-term use.
Dryfta is designed for long-term stability. Unlike SaaS-based platforms that operate on shared environments, Dryfta ensures that clients always have access to their platform, their data, and the ability to build upon their existing workflows.
For organizations managing large-scale, recurring events, business continuity is critical. That is why Dryfta offers:
Source Code Escrow for Enterprise Clients – For organizations managing 250+ events per year, Dryfta provides an escrow option, ensuring access to the software in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Fully Managed Support – Enterprise clients receive priority support, including onboarding, system monitoring, and feature development tailored to their needs.
Organizations can request changes to their event system as their needs develop.
Support & training
Our commitment does not end with deployment. Dryfta offers 24/7 support through multiple channels, ensuring that clients receive assistance when they need it.
Dedicated Support Desk – Response times of 4 hours for standard requests and 2 hours for urgent tickets.
Live Chat Assistance – Available five days a week for real-time issue resolution.
Comprehensive Knowledge Base – Detailed guides, FAQs, and documentation to help teams navigate the platform efficiently.
Training Sessions – Two free one-hour training sessions are included with every contract, with additional training available upon request.
Teams running complex events can get ongoing help using the platform.
Where does the name come from?
Choosing a name for our platform was no accident. Conferences are built around discussion and the exchange of ideas. In every event, people debate, learn, and uncover new insights.
We wanted a name that reflected this core activity. The word “discuss” stood out, as it captures the essence of what events aim to achieve. To add depth, we chose Swedish as the language to represent the Nobel Prize, a symbol of the highest recognition in academic and research achievements.
