Email Segment Creation for Rejected Submissions in Dryfta

Last updated Jul 3, 2026

Question

Why doesn't the email segment for rejected submissions include all rejected submissions when I export it as CSV?

Answer

When creating a segment for rejected submissions (or any other filtered group) in Dryfta, ensure that you carefully review all filter criteria applied to the segment.

A common reason for not seeing all rejected submissions is the presence of an additional filter like a date range, for example, filtering only submissions from authors who created accounts within a specific date range. Such filters limit the results shown and exported.

To include all rejected submissions, remove or adjust any restrictive filters such as date ranges so that the segment reflects all rejected entries. Once done, exporting the CSV will contain all corresponding submissions.
