Restricting Visa Letter Generation to Registered Attendees

Last updated Jul 21, 2026

Question

Is it possible to restrict the visibility of the "Generate Visa Letter" button so that only registered (paid) conference attendees can generate a visa letter, preventing non-attendees or non-registered users from accessing this feature?

Answer

Dryfta allows option to allow all users or only logged-in attendees to see and generate a visa letter. This includes not only registered attendees but also users who have profiles without paid registration, such as those who have chosen offline payment methods or plan to pay at the venue. This design accommodates attendees who register late or pay onsite, ensuring they can obtain the necessary visa invite letter.

This setting ensures that only users who have completed payment and are officially attendees can see and generate visa letters themselves, preventing non-registered users from doing so. For users without paid registration but who require visa letters, organizers can manually generate and provide these letters.

Therefore, as an admin, you can control visa letter generation visibility to restrict it to attendees only.
