Can attendees download visa letters before payment confirmation?

Are attendees able to download the visa letter once they register but before their payment is confirmed, for example when paying by wire transfer?

In Dryfta, whether attendees can download the visa letter before their payment is confirmed depends on the Visa Letter Builder settings. In the Visa Letter Builder configuration page, there is a setting at the bottom where you can enable visa letters issuance " for all contacts i.e., before payment is confirmed" or restrict it to "attendees i.e., only after successful payment". 

When enabled, options allow you to issue visa letters either to all registered users (including those with pending payment) or only to attendees with confirmed payments. 

To allow people to download visa letters before payment confirmation, ensure this setting is enabled and configured to show the visa letter button for all users or attendees accordingly. 

This setting is found at the bottom of the Letter Builder page in the event administration dashboard.
