Improvement Platform updates
Product Updates – July 2026 (3 of 4)
Additional July product improvements across event operations, administration, communications, and reporting.
- Sessions can start recording automatically – A new Session Editor setting enables recording as soon as the session begins.
- File attribution and contact cleanup improved – Uploaded files now record the uploader’s account ID, and Contact bulk edit can swap first and last names.
- Submission bulk edits are now audited – Changes made through bulk edit are recorded in the submission changelog.
- Exhibitor profiles are more reliable – Exhibitor information now saves correctly from the frontend, with clearer exhibitor-specific tabs and actions in frontend and admin views.
- Expired plans now fall back to credits – After a plan expires, usage is charged against available credits instead of expired plan limits.
- Submission type changes are now logged – Type-related configuration changes are included in the submission settings log.
- Authors can submit up to 50 abstracts – The per-user abstract submission cap has been increased to 50.
- Ticket-specific links now preselect checkout choices – Opening a ticket-specific purchase URL automatically selects the ticket and quantity.
- Joining online sessions now takes one click – The Join button opens the meeting directly without requiring a second in-frame confirmation.
- Attendees can revisit past tickets and submissions – User dashboards now let people load previous events, ticket purchases, and submissions from the same organizer, with clearer empty-state messages.
