Product Updates – July 2026 (2 of 4)
Additional July product improvements across event operations, administration, communications, and reporting.
- Orders are easier to find by Ticket ID – The Orders view now includes Ticket ID in the Tickets tab and supports Ticket ID searches.
- Settings changes are now easier to audit – Payment setup and Program Builder now record configuration changes in their changelogs.
- Ticket ID searches now return the correct orders – Backend order search reliably finds the order associated with a ticket ID.
- Credit note delivery and tracking improved – Credit note emails now send reliably, generated numbers are retained, and credit note numbers appear in order CSV exports.
- Presenting authors are now synchronized with sessions – When abstract-to-session syncing is enabled, newly added presenting authors are also added as session speakers.
- Plan expiry dates are clearer – The Billing page now shows when a plan expires or expired.
- Submission decisions can be resent individually – Admins can resend acceptance or rejection notices from a submission’s detail view.
- Speaker registration data is more accessible – Speaker Management’s column selector now includes registration questions, including file-upload fields.
- Missing-slide reminders are smarter – Predictive reminders now alert organizers about submissions and speakers that still need to upload slides.
- Speaker Ready Room workflows are now supported – On-site teams can manage last-minute slide uploads, validate files, organize presentations by schedule and room, and monitor missing files.
