Improvement Platform updates
Product Updates – July 2026 (1 of 4)
July brings workflow refinements across event management, communications, privacy, payments, session content, and reporting.
- Whitelabel feedback prompts now stay hidden automatically – Accounts with whitelabeling enabled no longer display the “Like Dryfta? Submit feedback” prompt.
- Tasks can now open their associated upload forms – Organizers can link a Task Manager task to a form, giving attendees a direct Upload button when viewing the task.
- Public-profile status is easier to manage – Contacts can now be filtered by active or inactive public-profile status, with the same status included in CSV exports.
- Campaign editing is clearer – The rich-text toolbar no longer overlaps selected text while editing email campaigns.
- Co-author email privacy has been improved – Autocomplete results in the add co-author form now mask the final characters of email usernames.
- More payment administration options are available – CyberSource support has been upgraded, and backend refunds are now supported for Mollie transactions.
- Copied sessions now retain their banner images – Duplicating a session carries its banner image into the copied session.
- YouTube pre-recorded video tracking is more reliable – Embedded YouTube sessions now display correctly for speakers, administrators, and moderators, with watch time recorded as expected.
- General platform maintenance – We’ve completed a round of reliability fixes and interface refinements across the Dryfta platform.
- Submission titles can now be reformatted in bulk – Administrators can convert selected submission titles to title case, lowercase, or uppercase.
