Ten improvements spanning reminders, reviews, integrations, certificates, letters, and reporting.
- Predictive reminders are now displayed within their relevant modules for easier follow-up.
- Reviews are now marked Reviewed even when the review form does not include a rating field.
- DATEV integration support is now available for streamlined accounting workflows.
- A new reviews API endpoint makes review data available to connected systems.
- Uploaded abstract files now include the submission ID in their filenames for easier identification.
- Session-specific participation certificates can now be downloaded by attendees who completed both check-in and checkout.
- Session video completion and total video length are now tracked and included in check-in exports.
- Admins can create multiple customizable Letter Builders for different purposes and control whether each letter is available to attendees or all contacts.
- Abstract Book Builder now supports last-name-first formatting and first or middle name initials.
- Survey Manager now includes AI Insights, text fields in visual reports, and semicolon-delimited report exports.
