Why does a submission show 'Not Reviewed' even after ratings are entered?

In the Dryfta system, I enabled average scoring visible only to admins after reviewing submissions. However, submissions still show 'Not Reviewed' under the average score. How can I remove this or mark the submissions as reviewed?

To have a submission marked as reviewed and display the average score correctly in Dryfta, you need to ensure that at least one rating field of type "Scales & Ratings" is enabled and used by reviewers to rate the submission. 

Simply entering ratings in fields that are not "Scales & Ratings" type will not update the review status. You can enable the default rating field "Rate the quality of this abstract/paper (10 as highest, 1 as lowest)" or create a new "Scales & Ratings" field for reviewers to provide scores. 

If no rating is recorded in a proper rating field, the system will continue to display "Not reviewed" under average score status.
