Why are some admins unable to access 'My Submissions' when previewing the website before it is live?

Some admins report that when they preview the event website before it goes live and try to access 'My Submissions', the site says it is unavailable. Why does this happen, and how can it be resolved?

This issue typically occurs because the permissions for viewing certain pages or sections like 'My Submissions' during the preview mode have not been granted to all admin accounts, except the super user. Even though admins can preview the website, access to submission-related pages may be restricted based on their user role permissions.

To resolve this:
