Why are more slides appearing on the website than the available upload slots in submissions?

On the event website, there are more slides visible for a session than the number of upload slots in the submission form. How can this happen?

This happens because a speaker may have submitted slides for multiple abstracts, and by default, the system displays all slides uploaded by the speaker regardless of whether each slide is associated with the specific session or not. 

To display only the slides relevant to the session, go to the Program Builder settings in the event admin panel. Under the Bulk Selection tool, select the option "Select speakers' slides from only those submissions which are being presented in the session." 

This will limit the displayed slides to only those actually associated with the session presentations.
