Non-member Discount Not Applying for Multiple Ticket Orders

Why is a non-member discount not applying when selecting multiple ticket types and answering the associated question correctly?

When using Dryfta's discount coupons, there is a setting called the per-user usage limit which controls how many times a single user can apply a particular discount. 

By default, this limit is set to 1, meaning a user can only use that discount once with the same email address. Therefore, if the same user attempts to place another order for the same ticket types using the same email, the discount will not be applied again. 

To allow the discount to apply multiple times per user, you need to set the per-user usage limit for that coupon to 0. This change removes the restriction and enables unlimited discount usage per user on that coupon.
