How to View Reviewers Who Declined to Review a Submission in Dryfta Abstract Management Module

Is it possible in Dryfta's abstract management module to see which reviewers have declined to review a particular submission to avoid reassigning the same reviewer? How can administrators view this information in the backend?

In Dryfta's abstract management module, the system currently displays which reviewers have declined to review a submission within the submission's detailed view. This information appears under the section "Submission bids/declines," showing the names of reviewers who declined that particular submission. This helps administrators avoid reassigning the same reviewers repeatedly.

However, this section is only visible when the Bidding function is enabled in your Submission Settings. If you do not see this section, please check that Bidding is enabled.

Additionally, in the list view, it provides warnings during bulk edits if a reviewer has already declined a submission, enhancing the assignment process.

To access the decline information:
1. Navigate to the detailed view of a specific submission.
2. Select the tab labeled "Reviewers & Reviews" and look for "Submission bids/declines."
3. Review the list of reviewers who have declined to review that submission.

This process eliminates the need to check email notifications individually to track declined reviews, saving time during abstract management.
