I am trying to upload an MP4 video on the homepage event description widget, but after reaching 100% upload, I get the message 'Something went wrong. Please try again.' What should I do? Also, the video file is 350 MB, and I tried uploading via the Backup files, but now I get an error 'Sorry This video should not exist.' How can I fix these issues and successfully add the video to my event website?
