How to Select Recipients and Verify Sending of Acceptance Letters in Dryfta

When sending acceptance letters using Dryfta, how do I select who receives them? What does it mean if the 'Select Submission Type' dropdown has no options? How can I verify if acceptance letters were sent and to whom?

In Dryfta, when sending acceptance letters, you typically select the recipients based on the author type rather than submission type. The 'Select Submission Type' dropdown will only show options if submission types have been created in your event setup; if none exist, this dropdown will be empty and can be safely ignored. 

To choose who receives the acceptance letter, select the appropriate author type, such as 'presenting author,' and the letter will be sent to that author type for all accepted submissions. 

To verify if acceptance letters were sent and identify the recipients, you should check the campaign report within Dryfta's email campaign section, where you can see the status and details of sent emails.
