How to Remove the Post-Conference Survey Completion Requirement for Certificate Download

To remove the restriction requiring attendees to complete a post-conference survey before downloading their participation certificates, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Certificate Builder section in your Dryfta admin dashboard.
2. Select the attendee role for which you want to remove the survey requirement.
3. In the dropdown menu related to surveys, unselect the post-conference survey.
4. Click save to apply the changes.
5. Repeat the process for any other attendee roles if necessary.

Additionally, to prevent further survey completions, you can disable or remove the Post Event Survey menu by navigating to Website Designer > Navigation and disabling the Post Event Survey link.

This will allow attendees to download their certificates without the need to complete the survey and also stop new responses from being submitted to the post-conference survey.
