How to remove 'Update instructions and policies' message on Sponsor tab and manage sponsor icons and text uniformity

How do I get rid of the 'Select a form & add/update instructions and policies' message on the Sponsor tab? Also, how do I make the sponsor icons the same size as the icons on the home page? Lastly, how can I make the text uniform across my Dryfta event website?
