How to Reactivate Reviewer Registration When You Receive a 'Registration Closed' Notification

Last updated Jul 18, 2026

Question

Why do users see a 'registration closed' notification when trying to register as reviewers, and how can I reactivate reviewer registration on Dryfta?

Answer

If users see a 'registration closed' notification when attempting to register as reviewers, it typically means that the number of registered reviewers has exceeded the limit allowed in your current Dryfta plan. For example, if your plan covers up to 10 reviewers but there are already 13 registered, new registrations will be blocked.

To allow more reviewers to register, you need to purchase additional reviewer credits from the Billing page in your Dryfta administrator dashboard. Note that deleting existing reviewers will not free up credits or increase your allowance.

After purchasing additional credits, the reviewer registration will be reactivated, and users can sign up as reviewers again.
