How to Hide Ticket Types from the Top Table on Registration Page in Dryfta

Last updated Jul 20, 2026

Question

Is there a way to remove or hide the ticket types table from the top of the registration screen in Dryfta, or to display only ticket types that are currently on sale?

Answer

In Dryfta, you cannot completely remove the tickets table displayed at the top of the event registration screen through the standard settings. However, you can streamline the ticket display to show only those ticket types that are currently on sale. Here's how to do it:

1. **Hiding Individual Ticket Types Until Sale Start Date:**
- Navigate to the ticket type you want to modify and select 'Edit'.
- Go to 'Advanced Settings'.
- Find the option labeled "If ticket sale starts in future, Display ticket with message 'Sale starts in x days!'".
- Unselect this option to hide the ticket type until it is officially on sale.

2. **Bulk Editing Multiple Ticket Types:**
- Use the 'Bulk edit' feature to select multiple ticket types at once.
- Choose the setting "If ticket sale starts in future, Display ticket with message 'Sale starts in x days!'" and set it to "No".
- Save the changes to hide all selected tickets until their sale dates.

By configuring these settings, your registration page will only show ticket types currently on sale, reducing clutter and enhancing focus for attendees. Note that the overall tickets table remains visible but will only contain active tickets based on the sales schedule.
