How to generate a ticket sales report with attendee demographic data matching the ticket count in Dryfta

I'm trying to create a report for use in Power BI that captures all orders with mixed user demographic data. However, the report shows fewer results than the actual number of tickets sold. How can I generate a report that accurately shows ticket sales combined with demographic data, matching the actual ticket count?

When generating reports on orders and attendees in Dryfta, the count of orders may differ from the actual number of tickets sold because an order can include multiple tickets purchased for one or more attendees.

To generate a report that matches the total number of tickets sold and includes demographic data:

1. Set the report module to "Tickets" instead of "Orders". This ensures each ticket is counted individually.

2. Apply filters such as "Order Status" set to "Is known" and confirm it includes tickets with status "Confirmed" to capture all valid ticket sales.

3. Be aware that this approach will count all tickets sold, including those purchased by someone else on behalf of the attendee.

4. Note that some attendees may have purchased multiple ticket types, so the number of rows/tickets can be slightly higher than the attendee count.
