How to ensure a required registration question is fully answered by all registrants in Dryfta

We have a required question in our registration form that only seems to have answers from one registrant. How can we make sure all participants answer this question, including prior registrants?

If a registration form question is set to display only for specific ticket types, such as inactive or select tickets, participants registered under other ticket types will not see or answer this question. To ensure all registrants see and answer the required question, set the question to display for "All ticket types" in the registration form settings. Note that this change will only apply to new registrants going forward.

For prior registrants, they can update their profile to answer this required question if it is set to display under their profile settings. Participants can visit their Update Profile page to fill out any mandatory questions.

To enforce completion, enable the setting "Restrict Dashboard access until all required profile fields are completed" found under Contact Settings. This prevents users from accessing their dashboard until they complete all mandatory profile fields, including the required question.

Additionally, you may email all prior registrants advising them to log in and update their registration/profile to answer the required question. This process allows collecting critical information from all attendees for event planning.
