Yes, Dryfta allows you to create a parent tab that doesn't link to any content directly but contains sub-tabs with content. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to Website Designer > Navigation Menus in your Dryfta administrator dashboard.
2. Create a new External Menu by clicking the button "Add an External URL."
3. In the External Menu URL field, enter a single hash symbol (#) and save the menu. This creates a parent tab that acts as a placeholder and cannot be clicked to navigate anywhere.
4. Then, create individual content pages for the sub-tabs.
5. Assign the previously created parent menu (the one with URL '#') as the parent for each of these sub-pages.

This setup allows the parent tab to expand or roll out sub-tabs without having any physical content or navigation action on its own.
