How to Copy Program Structure from Previous Event in Dryfta

Is there a way to move the program structure (sessions and layout) from a previous event site to a new event site in Dryfta, without making it live immediately? Also, how does the program session credit system and import limits work?

In Dryfta, you can only copy data from a past event while creating a new event. After the new event is created, it's not possible to directly copy specific datasets or program structures from the previous event. However, you can export your sessions from the previous event and then import them into the new event using the session import tool.

When importing sessions, ensure your new event plan allows for the number of sessions you want to import. For example, if your new event plan permits 50 sessions but you're importing 53 from the previous event, only the first 50 sessions will be imported. You may need to purchase additional session credits if you require more sessions than your plan allows.

Also note that deleting sessions in your event does not restore the session credits used.

The program scheduling feature is typically separate from the app feature and may require separate access or credit purchase, depending on your plan.
