How to configure certificate issuance after completion of a post-event survey in Dryfta

Is it possible to create a post-event survey in Dryfta that automatically allows users to download a certificate upon completion without manually tagging them?

Yes, Dryfta allows you to configure the system so that users can download their certificate immediately upon completing a specific survey form. This removes the need to manually assign a tag to users after survey completion. 

To set this up, navigate to the Certificate Builder in the Dryfta admin panel. Under the Settings section, select the particular survey form that is required for issuing the certificate, then save the settings. 

Once this is configured, users who successfully complete the designated survey will be automatically redirected to download their certificate.
