How to change a ticket type after registration on Dryfta

If I need to convert an existing ticket to a different ticket type on Dryfta, can I do this directly?

On the Dryfta platform, you cannot directly convert an existing ticket to a different ticket type if the change involves a different ticket category, especially with a different price. 

The recommended process is to cancel the current ticket and then re-register the attendee with the correct new ticket type. 

There is an option to assign a new ticket to an existing order, but this is only possible if the new ticket has the same price as the currently assigned ticket type.
