How to Bulk Assign Roles to Contacts Using Import Contacts Feature

Can I assign a specific role, like 'reviewercompleted', to many contacts at once in Dryfta?

Yes, Dryfta allows bulk updating of contacts to assign roles via the Import Contacts feature. 

To do this: 

1. Navigate to 'Import Contacts' in your admin dashboard. 

2. Select the 'Update Contacts' tab. 

3. Download the sample CSV file provided under this tab, optionally filtered to include only certain user types (e.g., reviewers). 

4. In the CSV, locate the column for roles, which lists all available roles with their unique IDs. 

5. Enter the unique ID corresponding to the desired role (e.g., 'reviewercompleted') for each applicable contact. 

6. Save and upload the updated CSV file back via the 'Update Contacts' tab. 

This process assigns the chosen role to multiple contacts at once, avoiding manual single updates.
