How do users access Visa Letters and can these letters be linked in confirmation emails?

I have set up a visa letter for attendees in Dryfta, but I am unsure how users can access it. Also, is it possible to include a link to the visa letter in confirmation emails or email campaigns?

In Dryfta, after setting up a visa letter, users can access it via the 'Generate Visa Letter' button located under their user dashboard's left sidebar. Note that the layout of the 'My Profile' page may change over time, so the exact location might differ slightly. 

Currently, it is not possible to automatically include or link visa letters within confirmation emails, email campaigns, or automated email notifications. Therefore, you cannot directly link a visa letter in an email. 

As a workaround, you may instruct attendees via email where to find and download their visa letter in their user dashboard.
