How Can Author Order Be Edited in Dryfta?

Is there a way for all authors (including co-authors) to edit the author order of a submitted abstract?

In Dryfta, only the submitting author of an abstract has the ability to change the order of authors. The submitting author can access their abstract submission form, scroll to the bottom, and use the 'Reorder Authors' button to modify the author order. 

Co-authors or other authors do not have permission to reorder authorship; only the submitting author can make these changes.
