When people unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in an email sent from Dryfta, are they removed from all future emails including custom ones?

When a contact unsubscribes via the unsubscribe link in an email sent through Dryfta, their unsubscription status applies differently depending on the type of email. 

If they click the unsubscribe link in an automated email notification, they are unsubscribed only from those automated notifications. 

However, to unsubscribe from email campaigns—which may include marketing or broadcast emails—they must use the unsubscribe link within those campaign emails. Once unsubscribed from email campaigns, they will no longer receive any future emails from those campaigns. 

It is not necessary to delete contacts manually to prevent them from receiving emails; managing unsubscribes through the provided links ensures compliance with their preferences.
