Does Dryfta Agenda Builder check for conflicts between moderators and speakers?
Last updated Jul 22, 2026
Question
Can the Dryfta agenda builder detect scheduling conflicts between moderators and speakers, such as when the same person is a speaker in one session and a moderator in another at the same time?
Answer
Conflict checking in the Dryfta agenda builder is enabled by default and can be accessed via the Conflict Manager tool in the Program Builder. This tool allows you to view and sort conflicts by various criteria including venue and speaker. It will show conflicts involving speakers across sessions.
The system also checks conflicts between moderators and speakers, detecting if the same individual is scheduled as a speaker in one session and a moderator in another at the same time.
You can click on Conflict Manager and sort by "Speaker" to review such conflicts. If you do not see the sort options, ensure you are in the Program Builder section and under Tools > Conflict Manager.
