Display View Poster Button and Slide Views for Sessions

Why is the 'Display View Poster' button under sub-sessions not showing posters after the session end date, and how can slide views and access be managed post-conference?

The 'Display View Poster' button is only shown until the session's end date. To enable posters to display after the session ends, you need to extend the session's end date to a future date. This does not significantly affect how the session is displayed. You can also use Bulk Edit to update end dates for multiple sessions at once.

Viewing files under sub-sessions requires a user check-in to that session to record attendance. Those who have already checked in can view posters instantly. This is necessary for accurate attendance records.

If you prefer to allow viewing slides or posters without requiring check-in (for example, post-conference when attendance tracking might not be needed), you can extend the session end date so the content remains accessible.

Regarding slide views:
- The platform records the total count of slide views per slide but does not store date/time details for individual views.
- You can export check-in and check-out data via Program builder > Tools > Export Checkins, but this does not include detailed page view logs.

Slide files larger than 20MB cannot be viewed directly in the standard slide viewer. Videos use a separate special player and should be viewable unless their size exceeds limits or other technical issues occur.

For better organization, the Slides tab now includes the name of the abstract associated with each slide, helping users identify which slides belong to which sub-session.

If you need to track access to session content post-conference, consider setting session end dates to a future date so attendees can access the materials. This method supports ongoing accessibility without altering attendance data.

In case of issues with large video files not playing, provide a link to the specific session so the support team can investigate in detail.
