Can reviewers change abstract submission status to accepted in Dryfta?

Once reviewers grade abstract submissions in Dryfta, can they change the submission status to accepted, or is this action limited to admins?

In Dryfta, after reviewers have graded abstract submissions, only admins have the permission to change the status of a submission to 'accepted' or 'rejected'. Reviewers cannot change the acceptance status themselves.
