Can I run a report to see original submission types from a previous year?

Is there a way to run a report from a previous year (e.g., 2022) to see the original submission types as submitted at that time, especially if submission types were changed after the review process?

In Dryfta, you can run a report for past submissions to view submission information from a previous year. However, the report will display the current (latest) submission types assigned to those submissions, not the original submission types as they were initially submitted.

If you need to track changes or preserve original submission statuses over time, it is recommended to use 'Tags' for adding custom statuses to submissions instead of changing the submission type. 

Submission types should only be changed if the actual category of the submission is changed (e.g., from poster to oral presentation). Tags provide a flexible way to maintain additional information without losing the history of the original submission type.
