Introduction.
We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our platform. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as “Data” below) that may be collected by us on our site. Our registration process requires only a valid e-mail address, phone number, first & last name and a unique event name. Please take note that we are GDPR compliant and therefore our event organizers who are using our platform to manage an event (i) while residing in an EU country (ii) with their registered office in an EU country, (iii) have persons registering from an EU country, (iv) if any of the registrant is an European citizen, can not collect IP address or email address if a person has abandoned the purchase form before clicking on Submit button and completing the purchase form.

 

2. Use of Data.
We will ensure that your Data is not to be provided to third parties unless (i) provided for otherwise in this Privacy Policy; (ii) we obtain your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out to the sharing of Data; (iii) a service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party, by way of example an Application Service Provider; (iv) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement; (v) we find that your use of this site violates our Policy, Terms of Service, other usage guidelines or as deemed reasonably necessary by us to protect our legal rights and/or property; In the event you choose to use links that appear on our site to visit other platforms, you are advised to read the privacy policies that appear on those sites.

 

3. Cookies.
Like many platforms, we set and use cookies to enhance your user experience, such as retaining your personal settings.

 

4. Children.
We do not allow persons who are ages thirteen or younger to become members of this platform. For more information, please contact our webmaster.

  • You have the right to opt-out of marketing communications we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the marketing emails we send you. To opt-out of other forms of marketing, please contact us by emailing email@dryfta.com.
  • Similarly, if we have collected and process your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time.  Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

6. Your Choices
You can use some of the features of the Services without registering, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect.

You may unsubscribe from receiving certain promotional emails from us. If you wish to do so, simply follow the instructions found at the end of the email. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still contact you for informational, transactional, account-related, or similar purposes.

Please note that, if you choose not to accept cookies, some features and the personalization of our Services may no longer work for you. You will continue to receive advertising material but it will not be tailored to your interests.

 

7. Editing or Deleting Your Account Information.
You may request deletion of your user account by contacting our webmaster or using the Delete account tool provided in your dashboard. Content or other data that you may have submitted on the event platform and that is not contained within your user account, will be returned to you on deletion of your account, and removed from our servers. 8. Changes to this Privacy Policy.
We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of substantial changes to this Policy either by posting a prominent announcement on our site and/or by sending a message to the e-mail address you have provided to us that is contained within your user settings.

 

9. Data Retention

How long we keep the personal information we collect depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it is used, how sensitive it is, and similar factors. In general, we will retain your personal information for the length of time reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy (including for as long as need to provide you or our customer with products and services), unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We retain your account information for the Dryfta Services for as long as your event organizer’s account is active and thereafter unless your organizer requests deletion.
